LIVING ROOM AND RAISED-CEILING RENOVATION

The original eight-foot popcorn ceiling was removed and replaced with a newly framed nine-foot ceiling. We installed and finished the drywall with a smooth, flat surface and no texture, creating a cleaner and more spacious interior.

Three approximately 150-year-old reclaimed beams were installed as distinctive architectural features. We also added two track-lighting systems and a unique light fixture above the dining table. The fireplace was updated with new natural-stone tile to complement the room’s design.
